@ntheeyes Hi! I am not sure how this works. I tried to refund the money to you on my end through my Poshmark account, but it does not give that option to me. The status is showing that I shipped the package and it is "in transit." Poshmark collected your money, but did not give your money to me since it was never marked as arrived. The only option I can think of is contacting Poshmark. Let me know how you would like to move forward.
