When you make a sale you will get a notification. You should also get an email. I go to the email and click on create shipping label.

Make sure you have your correct pick up address and select a date or you select a drop off point. There aren't any near me so I get pick up. You will then get emailed the shipping label to print. Print put on parcel and they will pick up between 8am and 5pm. Might have to leave parcel at door if you won't be there. Hope this helps π
