maxipantz @belinda363 hi 💛 I’m understanding that you are selling a waist brace and someone commented on your listing asking for the size/measurement. In this case that is exactly what you would do. Just reply right there under your own listing where the potential buyer asked their question. No need to comment on their items unless you have questions or just want to be supportive. belinda363 Good morning administrator I just wanted to ask you a question is that I sold a couple of things to this woman and I believe the total was $34.39 she said something arrived broken and she showed me it was like a little travel trailer planter I wrapped it up really good with the rest of the stuff and she told me she wants me to send her something else so she chose what she wanted and she gave me her address does that mean I won't get paid for the stuff

maxipantz @belinda363 hi again! You should do all your business within poshmark. If the item arrived damage, the buyer can file a claim. Then you can issue a refund or dispute the claim. I record myself packaging all of my sales so I have proof to protect myself. I suggest you resolve this matter with this buyer within the poshmark app/website. If she is not satisfied with the sale, she should file a claim and you proceed from there.

maxipantz @belinda363 if someone wants to purchase your item, they do so through the poshmark app/website. Once the buyer makes their purchase via poshmark, poshmark will send you a shipping label to use. If you want to reduce the price of your item or offer a shipping discount you can do so on your listing or in a bundle for the buyer. If the buyer needs to update their shipping address, they can do so and then poshmark will generate a new shipping label for you to use.

belinda363 Yes this lady was like you have to give me something else or I will talk to postmark that I got something broken but sometimes I don't believe everything people say maybe because it was small so I sent her something else that was worth actually a lot more money but I had it for $10 to her because I didn't know what else to do because I don't want to get kicked out of here but I understand next time I know this lady won't pay me that's probably what it is

maxipantz @belinda363 If this were me I would handle this directly with poshmark. If this transaction took place on poshmark then the buyer’s funds are being held until the end of the transaction. The buyer will not automatically receive a refund, the buyer will have to explain to poshmark why they are requesting the refund. You can dispute this claim with poshmark as well. If you can, try to document the items before you send them/while packaging.

maxipantz @belinda363 Scammers exist everywhere, but anytime I’ve had negative experiences on posh, poshmark has been quick to resolve the issue and is considerate of both buyers and sellers. Poshmark also offers protections for both parties which is why transactions should remain on the platform, in addition to it being part of the guidelines. If the buyer waits longer than 3 days to release the funds or make a claim, the money will automatically be released to you.
