bossalma @vscastillo I emphasize with your family emergency - I am sorry and hope all is well. That being said, if a transaction is made, then all this needs to be communicated - this was not a gift or a favor but a purchase. I dont need to know the details, but a short "I need extra time to complete transaction and ship" would sufice. Customers, just like sellers, value their time and money.

bossalma @vscastillo (cont.) The expectation is that an item is shipped within three days or let a byer know that there's a delay. I counted on these shoes at the time, but I would have been understanding if you'd just messaged me. Instead, you marked the item as shipped and ignored me completely. Then, you relisted the item under a different user. What was I to think? What would YOU think if a situation was reversed?
