anjelicalauren @amandarxdr hi Amanda I bought a juicy racer waist bag about a month or so ago from you and love it. I wore it a couple times cause I have different colors to match my clothes. The one side of one zipper notch came off some how, the bag only will zipper half way. That’s an expensive quality bag. I think juicy would back that up cause that’s crazy please get back to me I can take a picture for u.

amandarxdr @anjelicalauren Hi. I looked and it looks like you bought the bag at the end of November. That’s super crazy that something like that would happen to the zipper on a new bag. It’s a brand new with tags. Did you try reaching out to Juicy? I’m so sorry, I had a couple in a few colors and no one else had any type of issues. I’m not really sure how I can help.

amandarxdr @anjelicalauren Buy from Juicy? I think you may have me confused with someone else. (?) All my new items are bought directly from a Department Store, the Designer’s store, etc, depending on the item. I don’t buy anything wholesale from Juicy or other retailers/brands. I would try contacting Juicy through their “contact us” on their website.

anjelicalauren @amandarxdr hi I emailed juicey and they want my order # they said they don’t see anything under my email address? What info am I supposed to give them. Do you have any info? Where you bought it so I can send them the info and your email. I don’t care what you paid for it I know you didn’t make much. But I’m on disability with a sick child.
