amybgillette @bvdesigns2012 it was shipped in a bag with tissue paper wrapped around it. I have shipped all of my rings that way! What do you think happened? Can you show me a pic? The ring was only worn several times and was in immaculate condition when I shipped it.

amybgillette It was also in a felt bag. That was the thickest ring that I have sold and again iPad no problems at all wrapped around with tissue paper over and over and over I believe works better than bubble wrap. It looks like someone else may have damaged it. I’m very sorry about this I wish you wouldn’t of posted it all over Facebook
