Thanks to all who are sharing my listings. Since I’m knew to the listings of Poshmark, I don’t know why some of my items are being put in my ALL category instead of in my Closet. Also, I can’t seem to find a reason for this. Does anyone in Poshmark world know why?

@handbagexpert I tried to switch it myself to figure it out and came up empty. go to any item open it up hit edit up top go to see where you put it. it will sa accessories or something else. that should give you a clue. being I cannot see any listings I can't see anything.

@elenaduran5 Both are very different. When you sell to directly in person it’s easier to address a customer’s questions and also give them advantages and history of an item. For example, the Alma handbag, which is the multicolor handbag I have in my closet, was designed originally designed in monogram as a special order for Coco Chanel.

@anidaadina Howdy! I’ve been watching the tracking of the Louis Vuitton Multicolor Pochette Accessoires. I see it was attempted to be delivered twice and no one was there to sign for it. I went to USPS.com and it says they will try to deliver it a third time. If no one is there, on September 3rd it will be sent back to Poshmark Headquarters.

@msamsill Actually you shamed yourself. I AM a former employee of Louis Vuitton. I worked there and Tiffany & Co. for several years. These Louis Vuitton shoes you purchased from me are NOT a U.S. 9.5. These particular shoes came out when Louis Vuitton started carrying their shoe line. My brother, who I told you wears a size U.S. 11 shoe, swam in these shoes....

I only suggested going to the Fashion Square Mall so you could see how the Louis Vuitton dress shoes fit because of the width and toe box......

I clearly posted pictures that you could cross reference, but I’m sorry you didn’t take the time to investigate. As I said before I wish you well in all your purchases. It was a lot of hard work with lots of training, learning and tests. However, It was very rewarding working with both companies. Recently, Louis Vuitton purchased Tiffany & Co. Now they’re the same company. 😊

@rachelsimons88 Yes, Louis Vuitton finalized the purchase of Tiffany & Co. only a few months ago. Louis Vuitton has been on a mission for years to corner all the luxury companies by buying them all. You would be surprised at how many luxury companies Louis Vuitton owns; Fendi being one of them.

I’ve purchased everything myself and always take very good care of my items. You have a very discerning eye. I also have seen fakes being sold here and have pointed it out when I stumble on those items.

I’m looking for high quality storage options for my T&Co SS. (Larger storage options like a jewelry case & something for travel). Will you be listing any storage cases such as those found on T&Co? Or maybe another brand you like/use? I purchased tiny plastic zip bags & anti-tarnish strips to keep pieces separated.

@qualityforyou Yes, working at both companies was very rewarding. I’m not surprised LVMH finally purchased Tiffany & Co. Bernard Arnault, CEO for LVMH has had the dream of LVMH purchasing all the luxury companies for many years to corner the luxury market. Unfortunately I don’t have any storage containers to sell. Hopefully you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for.

Hi Amy, maybe you can help me? I have a friend who gave me two handbags to sell. One is a Celine, the other a Louis Vuitton. Neither have serial numbers. Poshmark has not taken them down, as they did a Prada bag I listed (which I am appealing). My friend says the bags are authentic. How do I prove authenticity? Both bags are on my Poshmark page.

@ruthee3 Thanks for the nice words about my closet! ☺️ Each handbag should have date codes; they’re not serial #’s. The amber Louis Vuitton doesn’t look real to me; the base doesn’t look right and the amber plastic chain is the wrong color. Of course it’s hard to tell without seeing it in person, but it looks fake and should have a date code. The same with the Celine; it should also have a date code. Your friend may not even realize they’re not real; especially if she got them as a gift.

@ruthee3 You’re welcome. The only place I know that will determine authenticity then list them is TheRealReal, but I believe they take 50% of the total sale. I’m not positive about the percentage, but I did hear that at one point.

For example: I purchased the Versace handbag at the Versace store in Las Vegas, the Gucci handbag from the Gucci store in Las Vegas, the Disney Dooney & Bourke handbags from either the Disney Store online or a store on Disney property, etc. I have never purchased any of my items from a third party source. Everything I sell is authentic.

@spookylilycorno P.S…On the Gucci bag you’re interested in, if you scroll down to the 13th picture you’ll see the date code on the back of the Gucci leather tag which is sewn into the lining. That’s how you know it is an authentic Gucci handbag. 😊
