bellanovella Ok..this is a shaper but I am not sure if it is what you are looking for. It does hold things in place and smooth out everything..but I just don't know. I have had friends that got real girdles for their wedding dresses. Do you need to pull in a lot or just a little?

alk1979md @donnaguy the dress is a corset back but I want my lower stomach to smoothed an held tight if that makes sense. The upper bra corset stops just below waist so I didn't feel snug after that area

bellanovella Well, it is a medium compression, so you can move in it & not be horribly uncomfortable, but shapers are not meant to feel super comfortable. And these have a good track record of not rolling down the waist either. Some people order a size down for more compression. Are you going w/ a 2x based on the size chart or your clothing size?

bellanovella I have been thinking about this for several days. I from the reviews I think you would be happy w/ this shaper. I do have another one coming in tomorrow that is basically the same thing but is goes down the hips too. They are all more compression than any kind of control top pantyhose but not as much as a waist cincher. Hope that helps. Congratulations on the wedding!

deanchorus I found the rest of your charms!
