I made my first Posh purchase some time ago and the seller hasn't shipped or communicated at all with me. Is there something I must do to make contact with her? How do I cancel my order? Darn it anyway....

donnastreasures @grannyz_attic Hit the little index card on the bottom right of the app. That will take you to the list click on my purchases, from there you’ll see where you can go to cancel the sale and/or contact Poshmark

fashions4all @donnastreasures Happy New Year! I have a question to start the new year out with. I just had an offer, I accepted, now I am waiting for payment - I think. How will I know when payment has been made so I can ship? Will Poshmark drop me an email or something? :-)

donnastreasures @grannyz_attic You don’t get your payment until the buyer received the package and releases the payment. What you have to do is go to your email and print out the label and package it and ship it out to the buyer once they get it, they have three days to release your money. If they don’t by then, then posh Mark automatically releases it

fashions4all @donnastreasures Thanks. But I don't think my buyer has paid yet. I've been waiting for an email or some sort of notification that payment has been made before I ship. All I see on MY SALES is that there is an amount pending. Does that mean they paid?

donnastreasures @grannyz_attic If it says pending USPS scan, that would be when you printed out the label and it’ll wait till the post office scans it in. Did you get your email with the label and print it out?

donnastreasures @grannyz_attic An amount pending in your sales Would be for A sale you made we are the money hasn’t been released to you yet. If she excepted the offer on your item you should see the red sold sign on it when you go into your closet

donnastreasures @grannyz_attic Posh Mark doesn’t wait for payment. Either the person has to pay immediately or it’s not sold. Go into Your sales, click on the one You didn’t see a label for and you’ll see the option to reprint the label or have it resent.

fashions4all @donnastreasures Once again, many thanks for helping me become a wonderful Posh'r! I found out that PM was not able to send labels to the email address I had, so I had to correct that and resend. Poor gal that purchased this item has been waiting far too long now. I'll have to send a little gift along with her order just to regain some karma. <3
