ajohnson78 Hi! You purchased my CHI blow dryer and hair straightener. As I was getting ready to pack it up, my husband accidentally dropped the blow dryer and cracked the top of it. It still works just fine but now has a crack. I’m so upset :( I am more than happy to still send it to you and an extra item from my closet of your choice to make up for the crack. Please let me know what you would like to do! So sorry!

ajohnson78 @leencoll1811joe Hi! I just tested it again and there is a slight cool air coming from the crack. Nothing significant. The crack is on the top head, not the nose of the dryer. It’s totally up to you what you want to do though. Again, I’m so sorry :(

ajohnson78 @leencoll1811joe yes, it works fine. Just the pink plastic is cracked. I can also super glue that part as well.
