Hi! You purchased my CHI blow dryer and hair straightener. As I was getting ready to pack it up, my husband accidentally dropped the blow dryer and cracked the top of it. It still works just fine but now has a crack. I’m so upset :( I am more than happy to still send it to you and an extra item from my closet of your choice to make up for the crack.
