lillian_alana @coreyadams263 Thank you! There are two certified authenticators very close to where I live. I take them in person. They authenticate them and tell me their price value. You should look into finding authenticators in your area. Look into boutiques that sell high-end bags in your town. They usually have authenticators on the spot 🙂💕

luisrenteria825 Hi Corey, this is with respect to order Id 6046e6627468d5abd4a69a9. The shoes were advertised size 8. however, they are size 5. I really cannot used them as they do not fit. I would like a refund please

coreyadams263 @luisrenteria825 Hello! I wear s men’s size 8 shoe, I’ve worn that boot 1-2 times and it fits me perfectly. I’m not sure what you mean when you say size 5, I don’t wear or buy men size 5 shoes. Please return the boot and I’ll refund your money per your request.

coreyadams263 @luisrenteria825 it’s in the area where you accept the item as arrived. I don’t have access to send a return label, it’s done via posh so that your money is refunded correctly once the item arrives to me.

luisrenteria825 I went to that area, but it does not give the option to accept. it only gives me the option to "Accidental Purchase" , Order not Delivered" or "Order Not as Described". None of them give me any options to return or get a label or anything else.
