rainydaygem272 I bought the hermes jypsiere from Gabinette. I just got word from Poshmark that it is not authentic but hazel says they authenticated it b4. im very confused. I was looking forward to receiving it but they cancelled the order.

ctrieu79 @rainydaygem272 that’s truth and it’s 💯 authentic, also it’s when thru PM authenticated before it’s sent to buyer. Like I told her she needed to dispute with postmark and appealed. I am recommending you too to ask for someone from PM upper assistant that’s know more. I am assuming they hired someone to authenticated with very little or limited knowledge of branded items.

ctrieu79 @rainydaygem272 my transaction is not canceled, I sent to PM they authenticated and it’s 100% authentic. They sent that bag to her and it’s been awhile already.

rainydaygem272 @ctrieu79 hazel said they kept bag. I got refund. she got credit. and no one gets the bag. pm really messed up and I dont get my order.

ctrieu79 @rainydaygem272 that’s very mess up how Postmark handle. Cuz the that bag is authentic and if they say if is not they suppose to sent item back to seller and refunded buyer. No such thing as cancel the transaction, refund the buyer, gave seller credit and they keep the bag…PM do not have any authority to do that because that’s not their bag. Seller have to pay a high fees to listing and sale stuff thru them. Very weird.

rainydaygem272 I'm going to get to bottom of it. pm never answered me. they just cancelled order saying they couldn't authenticate. everything else is what hazel said. about site credit etc. she posted your same pics. maybe she sent them a different bag. who knows? they aren't questioning you so maybe something is on her end. I dont know anything except they refunded me immediately. I asked her if. bag was a heavy leather.. she said no. well I've held genuine jjypsiere and its quite heavy to carry.
