Hello David -- I'm sorry you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase. I will be sending you a Tommy Bahama/Indigo Palms care package with the hope it can somewhat make up for this either tomorrow or Wednesday . I did not want to in any way alter the authentic nature of the wear on the garment, and believed I should leave this up to you if desired. I will send you a tracking number once ready to ship.

Also, I would like to recommend doing a google search of "clean suede jacket at home", as there are some extremely easy and inexpensive DIY methods -- some of which won't even require a trip to any store -- that you may find helpful (although I would absolutely recommend getting a suede brush). Again -- my apologies, I will let you know tracking info asap.
