@lorinlb Welcome to PM!! I joined in Aug but just got serious about selling about 6-8 wks ago. I’d consider myself pretty “green” still but have learned a lot in this short period of time. If you have any questions, ask away & I’ll try to answer them for you. Something I’d really like to know is what’s the best way to set up your closet & also how many times a day/week should you share your items in order to get the best outcome. Having these metrics would be so helpful. ♥️

@emilymelissa10. Wow. We are in same timeframe, i started seriously 3/7/19. I have been studying utubes. They are saying best to share 3 x s a day all of your items , specially to your followers,,, and they dont hit them all, it's a continuous feed system to allow the one to two item seller same chance as 5000,,, item seller. Maybe we can share more tips. Ive got to sign off tonite, but will continue tomorrow! Lori

@lorinlb WOW! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR THIS INFO! Get some rest & we can talk later (or anytime). I had a return on my 1st sell & that was upsetting bcuz PM customer service is not very good. But I ended up selling the item to someone else so it worked out but PM really hacked me off due to them not responding timely & they didn’t explain anything so I had to just figure it out. Let’s def be PM buddies & help each other along. So excited! Good night my dear. ♥️🙏🏼

@verolovera I made this profile in August & bought a few items. Then I posted maybe 1 or 2 items for sale & I stopped messing around with the app for probably 4 months. At the 1st of the year, I decided I wanted to try to build my followers up b4 I really focused on sharing/selling. So I followed as many ppl as possible & made my 1st sell on 2/26. Then I started selling quite often. Sorry for the long response. I hope it helps! Happy Poshing, dear!

@verolovera I’ve been impressed with how quickly you can gain followers. It’s just annoying to hit “follow” Over & Over & Over... Don’t give up! You’ll get that 1st Sale & you’ll learn fast. My 1st sale ever was a nightmare! But I’ve had good experiences since then basically. I have faith in you!! If I can do it, you can do it. ♥️♥️

@verolovera I wouldn’t worry about bundles honestly. I sold 10 tops in a bundle & it didn’t weigh anywhere near the 5lb limit. Bundles are a good opportunity to make some money. Sorry for the delay, my friend called.

@verolovera The buyer requested a return saying that the item was smaller than she thought & I told her that I was sorry she didn’t like the item but the measurements were listed in the post & the other item description was directly from the Dooney website. She made a few other comments & I said in passing that I guess I’d wait for her return. PM support took this as me authorizing the return based on me not describing the item accurately which is a lie! I did describe it just fine...

@verolovera I kept emailing asking questions like who is paying the return shipping & such & couldn’t get any answers for many days. PM ended up paying the shipping so I didn’t get charged but it was super frustrating how unresponsive they were. I ended up selling the item but the terrible communication & the reason they approved the return was awful!

@verolovera The System is terrible for trying to communicate! The only way I could “talk” to the buyer was by commenting on the post. PM support was nowhere to be found. Just a bad experience all the way around. It worked out tho cuz I sold that item for more than it originally sold for on the return. But just be aware that pm support sucks lol hope that info helped

@verolovera I ordered supplies from Amazon. Got ribbon, tissue paper, thank you notes, etc from there for my packages. It’s a lot more cost effective than using a local store usually.

@verolovera Oh I am so jealous of your mannequin! I found a few but they were sooo pricey so I held off. I’m not sure which brands sell the best. Gosh i wish i knew, but this was total fluke. My husbands sister i was visiting saw me trying to put cashmeres up. Shes an artist, and said hey. Wait a minute,mom has a mannequin she made dresses on? Marie is 70!!! Talk bout vintage! Lori

Im doing great, but like u either slow, nothing, or great, ive noticed highest sales near paydays or end/first of month when folks get paid. I share my closet 3x a day daily near those times. Hope that helps.

@verolovera I never wanted to know the brand of the mannequin. Lori was confused. I was wanting to know about brands of items like clothes that are sold on PM. $35 is a good price! Maybe I’ll find one for that kind of deal. I’m sure having one makes pics soooo much better. ♥️

@lorinlb Go to an item that the person has liked & click on the + that has a lock looking thing by it. Type in the user name & send that item to the person who liked it. From there, go to bundles & you can scroll to the bottom & you’ll see all the items that the person has liked. Hit the + button & it’ll automatically add the items to bundle. I hope that makes sense.
