vesnadanilov Hi Faith, Just wanted to follow up and let you know that I received an email that says in order to process the refund they will send you a return tag. When you get a chance print the tag, put it on an envelope and send me the envelope with the return tag. You are welcome to keep the shoes and you should be refunded. Thank you.
