jmppp014 This buyer is not recommended. She may try to scam you out of your money by opening a case and making false claims. In a previous transaction, she purchased a handbag from me and filed an open case, which prevented me from receiving my payment due to her unsubstantiated claims. She made a claim that the handbag smell like cigarette smoke. No the fact I’m in a smoke free house. She asked to return the item. I said I don’t accept returns or refunds of policy.

shimapr @dianealtin Please do. She opened a case claiming my dress was half done😂 a CK dress! Offered low price. Used it for 2 weeks and returned it totally ruined. Also I smelled like BO plus garbage. I washed and repaired the damage and sold it at a higher price.

shimapr @dianealtin Oh I just remembered! She first tried to scam me and demanded money for alterations!!!! When it failed, she opened a case claiming the hem was half done while she intentionally did it to the dress because claims need proof. And the photos I had before shipping it showed a flawless like new dress.

dianealtin @jenfnpdnp That is okay to contact poshmark. That will give them a chance to see what you have done to good sellers. I am also contacting your local Glendale AZ police department and prosecutor's office to let them know of your internet criminal behavior. They will be notified tomorrow with proof of what you have been up to. You can't donate things you steal from others. Apparently, there are more people you have done this to. I'm checking out other selling sites as well.
