hannahjoy425 @sarahcatt1977 hmmm I'm not totally sure (never sold on here, only bought!), but this is what Google says, haha: "Go to a listing, then Offer / Price Drop, Offer to Likers (private), and Offer. Enter your offer and required shipping discount, then Submit. Initial offers must be at least 10% below the listing price, and subsequent offers must be at least 10% below the lowest offer received in the last 90 days. You can also add a personal comment to make the offer more appealing."
