nikkiia That was a very harsh rating for the knot on the necklace. It was new in the original package. Not sure how I was responsible for it when the package goes to a turmoil from the time I drop it off and it gets to you. This is not fair rating to say the least. 2 stars for unknotting SMH. I’m not asking for you to changing the rating as it doesn’t affect me. I’m just telling you what I think as it is clearly unreasonable.
