@innamos1993 hi! How are you? I just noticed the rating you gave on the shoes is 4 stars. I was wondering why it was four and not 5? I try so so hard to make my customers very happy and do the best I can. I am so upset right now bc 4 stars lowers my rating stats as a seller and it’s very very important to earn 5. I am just about in tears over it. I don’t see what I did wrong. It was shipped out the next day, new in box
