@salzyjr Hello again! I just wanted to update you. I have opened a support ticket with poshmark/post office because your item has not begun tracking yet. I sincerely apologize for this delay. Please rest assured that after 10 days of the item not tracking your money will be refund even if the pkg eventually shows. This is so upsetting, i truly hope it is merely a delay, and your pkg will arrive soon. Please accept my apologies🙏

@salzyjr Hello! Okay, so basically, you and I are both protected by the poshmark protect policy. This means in the event an item is lost or delayed by the post office, after a set time we will both receive a refund for the sale. Posh just sent me another follow up email this morning saying they've looked into the issue with the post, and confirmed it appears to be delayed. They

Now this has happened to me a while ago, and USUALLY the pkg does end up showing, but if it is after the 16th, and you have been refunded already, you will also be able to keep the delayed item when it arrives. Sorry, just saw your question up there. The support ticket is opened by me through poshmark support, so that they can inquire to the situation through the post office. The ticket isn't processed through USPS, that is probably why you have not heard of it. Poshmark has you go through their support team, and they do the investigating into the USPS, if that makes sense. This is part of the guarantee that we as sellers pay our fees for..it provides protection for both parties.

@salzyjr Yes, there is a tecking #, but it is on a pre-paid label i print prior to shipping. You can either have them scan right away at the p.o., or place into outgoing packages, and it gets updated later that day. This day there was a line out the door, and they had an employee going through to find people that had only pre-paid pkgs to drop. I

I told her I was waiting in line to get them scanned and get a receipt, but she said, " no, we can't scan them in right now, it's down, they will be scanned when it comes back up." @salzyjr Hello long lost Poshmark buyer! Soooo...guess what I got in the mail today?!? YOUR SHOES!!! 😳😂😩...The label was ripped almost completely off with the exception of my address. I wasnt expecting a pkg so when it arrived, I was confused, BUT yup...months later they're back😣. Wow what an ordeal! I just wish they'd have been sent to you!
