healyjacque @hsboehle hey! wondering if you could help me out. I'm so frustrated! made my first sale. trying to add my bank account info. I've been reaching all morning and know what to do, but it's not working. I go to the section and click on redeemables, but it won't open. any other way to add bank info so I can get paid? thank you so much

hsboehle @healyjacque It sounds like you’re in the right place, although after adding my bank account info that first time I haven’t had to do it again so I’m not 100% sure. I assume it’s showing an amount for “redeemable”? You won’t be able to collect the money until the item has been mailed and accepted by the buyer, until then it’s held in “pending”.

hsboehle @healyjacque Yes, negotiations are quite common, although it is always completely up to you as to just how much you are willing to flex on the price you set.

healyjacque @hsboehle I so appreciate you taking the time to help me. I'm frustrated with the app but going through final divorce proceedings and spent all the way around! my son suggested to try it on a laptop but it still didn't work. I sent a message to support team. I'm actually selling for a friend, so feel obligated to get it done. she's paying me hourly! thanks again
