paddle_posh Hi! I want to talk on here about the wrong size boot. I’m worried the AI Bot that is helping us is going to accept the case and ask you to return everything. We are kinda screwed if that happens. One option is that I offer a partial refund that covers you shipping the wrong boot back and I ship you the correct one. That involves a bit of trust, but this is my full time job and I’m not out here trying to make bad impressions and leave you with a single boot ha

paddle_posh @japunzel_lynn I just don’t know! I just know they will see your pics and that you have every right for a return. And I’m guessing the AI will just approve it. Here’s what think we should do. I’ll refund you $25 through the app and you drop the case. I post a $3 single shoe in my closet and you buy it. Once you receive the shoe, you can ship me mine however you like (posting it for $3 in your site would be the cheapest and easiest. The $25 will easily cover both labels.
