I ordered from you and it still says the item is awaiting the USPS to receive it only a shipping label was made on 12/4? How can I find my order or cancel if your not going to ship it?

@foxyboss I just checked my receipts. I had 3 items purchased on 4 and 5 Dec. I shipped 7 Dec/Mon. It appears the item that was sent UPS arrived at its destination. The two items that went USPS (onewas yours), have not shown up! I have the tracking number for both (though i don’t know how to figure out which one is which).

When i put the tracking numbers in for those two it says “ label was created Dec 5 and USPS is waiting for the item”. I have no idea how that is possible. I have the receipt from the shipping store!

@thejudibird hi Judi yes that’s what I see on the tracking page as well. I unfortunately don’t know who you shipped it with maybe you can contact them and follow up, I’m sure it will all work out somehow

@foxyboss Yes, I use a shipping store because right now the post office isn’t doing their usual scanning! Things are a mess. So, at least I have a scan number from my shipping store and will call them tomorrow. It is this way with so many thing that went USPS. I have something I sent out the first week of Dec that has been sitting at a mail center in Virginia for over 3 weeks. Fingers crossed, I’ll let you know. jae

Hi! I mailed the sunglasses case the day after you placed the order. I went to the post office in Claremont and placed in the box on 1/29. I’m not sure why the tracking hasn’t updated! If it doesn’t start tracking tomorrow, I will give them a call! Sorry about that!!
