That error code is associated with not having your default return or default shipping address selected. Can you please be sure that both you and the potential buyer have selected a default shipping address AND a default return address?

She bought a $350 purse as a gift and now she's not only out the money she paid me, but she doesn't have the gift either. it's been over a week now. it's not right for you to keep what was accidentally mailed to you, especially after she mailed your purchase the day she received the label. come on, man. it's just not right.

laharvey @kateluv1985 i will close this out by saying that because you chose to keep the purse, poshmark deducted the funds from the sale from my account. so I'm out not only the money but the purse as well. I've had such great interactions on PM, but this transaction with you has definitely been a huge disappointment.
