takecarevtg @andyrr1 hi Kate! I’m glad you like your mug. I don’t really understand what happened but I had to open a case with ups. For a while I thought they lost your package. I’m glad you received it. One of my other orders had a bit of a mishap as well. The never got a base for their cake platter. It’s made of wood. Did you by chance receive by mistake? I’m sorry for the long message and nothing you with this. It’s still a mystery I’m trying to help solve

geekgrl42 @goesbylil No worries! I know how shipping can go sometimes. I just double checked the packaging... there is a small ceramic animal figure -- maybe a jaguar? -- in the bubble wrap. Is that something you need back?
