kellybritt77 @ravenbearcreek no as posh canceled the order from my side. Packages got switched. Coach boots got sent to you but have vanished in the postal’s system. We can cancel the order and redo, but should already have been as I can’t get the label. I did get the jacket back. Make me a $5 offer on and I’ll accept so you get a discount for the issue/trouble

cakid333 Good Morning Kelly, Hope all is well. I just purchased the Vintage Fletcher gray velour hat. This will be a special gift for a family member. Could you please pack in a tall and wide enough box so the great crown and brim do not get bent. I ask this because they have been extremely rough on packages here lately.
