@mallarios1 so I think you would have to open a case for it. That way poshmark will know that the packages can be sent directly to each of you instead of going through me and then back to y’all.

@mallarios1 so what you have to do is go to the purchase and instead of accepting the purchase go to problems/inquiries and open up a return case as item not as described. And then just write that you received the wrong item and what it is.
Then I’ll reply and then we just have to wait for poshmark to respond.

Hey. I just got an update from the other buyer. She said she had shipped the sweater but somehow the label had her address on it not yours so it was shipped back to her.
So she will be re-shipping it out to you. I’m so sorry for the delay on these!
