I was so upset, but then realized you can't please everyone all the time. I made other sales and they were fine. I will leave a really good feedback for you.

I am going to have to go to the big town of Augusta and get a post office box. they are as sorry as the day is long. it will be tomorrow, afternoon, but will go to the office and tell them what I think!
