egea19 Hello Carole, I was getting ready to send out your shoes and I noticed that that discolored stain on the inside it got a little bit bigger and it happened on the other shoe as well I don’t know why it’s happening the shoes are brand new never used as you could see the bottom but for some reason that portion got discolored so I just want to make sure that you’re OK with it before I send them out. Please let me know as soon as you can.

egea19 One more thing I would like to be able to take a picture of the inside of the shoe and send it to you but I’m not able to attach it to the original display if you send me your email I could send it to you there. I just wanna make sure that you’re going to be OK with it is I said tissues a brand new and it’s mine boggling to me why the gold is turning orange

egea19 Carol, Have not heard from you, If you want to cancel the order I totally understand, if you want Still want them, what I can do this reduce the cost to $15 but The order will need to be canceled and a new offer Hass to be made and then I’ll be able to adjust the cost

egea19 Good morning, I have not heard from you in trying to resolve the issue as to why I can not send the shoes to you as they are. I offered you a cost reduction. I will weight till 5pm my time if I don’t hear from you I will cancel the order. I am really sorry what I did not want to send they with the discoloration on the inside that happened so drastically even so they are new. Thank you
