banditcat @lilmama978 Great Question. The easiest way to connect is to use the “comments” area. Find & tap the sellers icon (ours is pic of cat) you can send them a comment in the area under their profile pic/about.

banditcat @lilmama978 but, more importantly, you need to use Poshmark to track shipping status. You can do this from your own profile. Go to MY PURCHASES area and below the item you bought are several options, including tracking packages. You can report missing or problem orders by opening a “case”.
