Hi there, I’m sorry that you didn’t like the item... but I had left all the information available so that issues like these won’t happen. I used a stock photo so viewers know how it will look somewhat on and in the description I state that the dress that I am selling has “no buckle straps”, “it’s much lighter in person”, the dress actually does have buttons and I gave the exact measurements at the bottom.

Do you mind telling me if you read the whole listing before purchasing, miss, by any chance? Aside from the misunderstanding I hope you get well... not just so you may return your item but I experience seeing my mother deal with her health issues and i want every pain to go away. But as of this point there’s nothing that I can... if you didn’t like your item I would have been happy to give you a refund.

However, I don’t think I deserve a 2 star for information that was truthful, so when you get a chance plz consider reconsider your ratings. Maybe if you can contact Poshmark and ask for a reimbursement? ... I’ve never experienced this with any customers. I will also contact Poshmark and see what they say...again I’m sorry you weren’t happy with you item.

I order from Poshmark regularly and this was the first time the photo was so different but it is my fault for not reading it clearly. I hope the updated response is ok.
