ran_l Hi there, thanks so much for purchasing the SW Hinterland boots from me. I just dropped the boots off in the post office, and realized that I might have forgotten to take the insole out of the boots. Size 38 (is 7.5) were too big for me, so I placed additional insole inside. When you receive the boot, please be sure to remove the insole (if any) before you try them on if you are size 7.5.

ran_l @rst924 sorry I meant if you are a size 8. I’m typically a 7-7.5 but these are too big for me. This is eur/it size 38 so should be us 8.
