I really strive to be extremely thorough in delivering quality clothing pieces to buyers and truly very open and transparent about any possible flaws that I encounter especially while examining during: steaming , in bright photography lighting and a final check before packaging.

keystyle I honestly didn’t see the issues you commented on (or else I would have listed the flaws or not listed the item), but I guess sometimes things can get overlooked by mistake. I value your time and money spent in purchasing and would like to offer a way to make up for any possible shortcomings.

ru4444 @keystyle hi, I'm sure you didn't mean to send the item with flaws. In fact, when it came out looked great but then I tried it on and noticed these tiny little flaws. If III had known about them I'd have still purchased it but maybe offered a little less.

ru4444 @keystyle that's the only reason I docked a star from the original five. Is there a way to issue a partial refund? Maybe $5 or $10? I can upgrade the rating back up.

keystyle @ru4444 There really isn’t a way to send a partial refund through Posh to my knowledge. I can either try to send one to a P-pal acct (I’m assuming I would just need your email address for that?) , or offer you a fee item (if you might be in in the terra cotta LOFT top) - with free shipping (would just need you to make a bundle of the item you might be interested in and “purchase” for the lowest amount required by Poshmark ($3)- then I could free ship and send you your $3 back with the purchase.

keystyle I tried to make a bundle with the Loft item for $3 and free shipping, but it wouldn’t let me send it because the “net earnings” were a negative amount below $0. Not sure what else to offer
