mimiscottage I'm unsure why you rated me like you did. The only thing wrong was a spot on the bottom of the shoes but it was visible in the photos. Otherwise, they were like new. I bagged them to protect them from any damage/spills/allergens that might happen to box during shipping. I shipped same day including a handwritten note. I accepted your low offer and regretted doing so after reading another seller's comment. So what do I need to improve per your reason for the lower rating?

paradisecanyon NOT sure why you complained about packing for the BRAND NEW $5.00 hat WITH TAG. It was shipped in a NEW USPS Priority Box and it WAS Wrapped Nicely. Never fails the cheaper the item the more the bottom feeders complain. Shameful!
