treasuredsoul So sorry for my delayed response...yes, this bag is a beautiful soft black leather and the interior is a silky polyester. It is beautiful, but because it is not a well known brand, I think it is often overlooked. It is a great satchel for the price!

treasuredsoul Hi R, I received your review and am stunned, and also very sorry. Is there a tag inside or out that said it was not leather? I am shocked and so disappointed. Is there any way I can make this situation better for you? I had no idea that this bag was not real leather. 🤦🏻

treasuredsoul I would like to give you a complete refund for the bag/shipping. Or if you prefer, a credit for the total amount toward any item in my closet.It is your choice, and again, I am so very sorry. I had no idea...very bad and dumb on my part. Please let me rectify this situation asap. I pride myself on great customer service and above all want you to be happy, which is impossible until this is fixed.
