I ordered the 4/pack knock out bras and was so looking forward to them waited 11 days and you never shipped them out even comment one time and told me that you would ship them out on Tuesday and sorry for delay I commented back multiple times and never heard from you again very disappointed I had to cancel this order after 11 days so disappointed:( not happy at all with how this was handled

I really , really apologize (sincerely ) . I'm sorry how this was handled. there are no excuses . I believe these were donated to charity and I tried to locate them I should have contacted sooner and I do apologize
