Share from everyone's closets because they will share yours to their followers!! That's how your items get seen by the most people. I will continue to share your closet. Remember to read all posh rules and be compliant so others will share your items as well. Some ladies won't share from noncompliant closets. (Ex:no perfume, no kids clothes etc) Good luck!!! Susan

rabecca_h @jeweledonyx I read your post stating you film all shipments. Great idea! For 10yrs I sold small computer components by the thousands, so it would be easy for customers to confuse where they bought a part. It didn't happen often but the few times I got returns, I would film myself so I could have video verification if they returned items that didn't come from our facility. Have you heard of any other security measures that people use on here?

jeweledonyx @treasuretrove11 Hi! I wish I could claim the idea but while I was a buyer only, I found a listing @suzannebitman 😘😘 which came in handy and I'm religious about it. You don't need it until you Need it and I did on my 2nd sale. I also wait AFTER the 3hr. buyer cancel period prior to shipping to prevent trying to get a canceled order back....con't.

jeweledonyx @treasuretrove11 I also get my items scanned in to get a receipt or photog a pic of the labeled box going into the bin. I use USPS.com app & follow the order's every movement until delivery. I usually tag my buyers 3 times: after they order, mid shipment and lastly to advise order is out for delivery. I worked for Disney, service is EVERYTHING. Since I'm the most 'paranoid' seller I know con't...

rabecca_h @stacynks As far as the sold items left in the closet, it's not a rule that I know of. When I first started on Poshmark and I compared closets, I personally felt like if I saw more sold items in someone's closet, it showed me they were active and it gave me a sense of trust, like that in order to have so many sales, they must be doing something right. So I just kept mine listed too. Especially my first sale. It was exciting so I was happy to keep it ☺️

rabecca_h @stacynks I think for others, they like to keep it to show what type/style of items they will carry. This doesn't work for me since I am all over the place 😅 But if it gives people a sense of an active or trustworthy closet, I'm happy to keep it 😁

rabecca_h @stacynks So just for curiosity sake I tried to delete one if my sold items. It doesn't let me. It says, "This item can not be edited". So it appears we can't remove it even if we wanted to.

stacynks @treasuretrove11 -Thank You for the information about "sold items". I really do appreciate your help. -I have one more ? if I could. Last one, I promise. (Haha). I haven't tried to upload anything more than the one item in my closet, but just from doing that I am assuming in order to keep your closet in a specific order you have to upload your entire closet each time you make a change. I saw no options to sort uploaded items or to move them around. Is this correct?

rabecca_h @stacynks No worries!! Ask away!! I'm more than happy to help :) So to answer that, unfortunately you can move specific items right now. The only way to move items around is by "sharing" them. So the more items you have, the more complicated it gets because if you want to move a new item to the middle or bottom of your closet, you have to share every item that is listed before the spot you want it to go to.

rabecca_h @stacynks The benefit to doing that is that it gets your closet exposure but it takes time if you have over 100 items or so. Your closet also rearranges on you if you edit and item (price change, description change, adding a picture, etc.) So if I want to lower a price on 1 pair of shoes, and the shoe category is at the bottom, I have to share my whole closet to get it back in place.

rabecca_h @stacynks It's great when other people share your items because that doesn't affect your closet set up. It only moves when you share or edit and item. Some people are involved in "share groups" so when parties happen, they will share each other's items so it doesn't mess up their closets because as you have probably noticed, not everything is allowed in each party. So it would rearrange your closet to share to the specific party theme.

The funny part of all this is I HATE to go shopping. But online shopping just doesn't seem the same to me. Haha. Whatever excuse I need, eh? LOL
