lyndalang Rachel: Just received my MK bag and wallet..I love it but it is missing the chain or handle to convert it into a shoulder bag. I do see the hooks to attach the shoulder bag chain (or extension) inside the bag so it must have come with the purse. Please send (I will pay for shipping). Thanks, Lynda

I thought it was clear from the pictures but I guess it wasn’t. I’m so sorry. Feel free to return the purse if that’s going to be a problem! I apologize for the miscommunication!! 😞
