All my pre loved and Boutique/NWT inventory is stored in a climate controlled, finished room on garment racks or shelving. I use a professional steamer to remove wrinkles and I wash all pre loved garments before listing. I purchase Boutique and NWT items wholesale/brand new so that's how it will come to you.
