Hi I'm sorry that this was an accidental purchase an app Poshmark did not take care of it. However they have their own policy that I have no control over. But the four star rating isn't horrible but I feel if you were happy with my service in my product, 4 stars is because you aren't happy with poshmark? Sellers reputations are based on ratings... anything less than 5 means u weren't satisfied fully w/ the seller

@sewyouboutique honestly either option is good for me because I need some black sandals anyway & that’s actually what I was looking for when I came across yours so if they are just as cute then I’d luv that but if the black ones don’t have the same appeal then I don’t mind the pre owned either. @ziinniia you were a great posher & I should’ve given it 5 stars but the reason I gave 4 was because in all honestly I haven’t had a chance to wear it yet but I didn’t want to leave u hanging for a review & in the past I’ve rated a lot of items 5 stars (according to appearance)prior to actually wearing them only to discover that the string doesn’t stay tied or it becomes baggy as the day wears on. It wouldn’t be fair to rate u according to that though & As far as I can see it’s great (5 stars!)
