I have screenshots of the package pick up and the claim I filed if you’d like for me to send them to you. I apologize it’s taking this long, I’m trying to figure it out. It was never scanned when it was picked up so they’re escalating it to district affairs to get a scan on it at delivery. She said just because it wasn’t scanned at pick up doesn’t mean it isn’t on it’s way to you. I hope you receive it soon or already have so this can close. I apologize again, I’m doing everything I can to track it.
