closetonoakhill @sarahrn222 same here! Rated me 4 stars and told me I could improve ship time even though I ship everything within 24 hours and usually same day. Also, said I could improve on seller responsiveness but I always comment immediately when a purchase is made letting them know I appreciate them and when I will ship.
