boutiqueabc Hi there, I am sorry to hear that you didn't receive the item and I find it out through my bad review? not sure to why you left me personally a bad review as I shipped the item to you as per Poshmark policies and as per USPS it says it was delivered to your address. Did you actually contact Poshmark support already?

boutiqueabc I actually shipped the item to you and as you can imagine i cant control any mistakes done by USPS deliveries. It would be best if you can contact Poshmark support so they can assist you with this situation and hopefully make a refund and perhaps you can change your review as well as I have dine everything on my end and shipped the shoes to you

ranimalma @anutka1 Hi Anutka1, Poshmark has resolved the issue. I think the user experience of the site could be improved because the only option I had was to submit a review for the item before I could do anything else on the site. Please let me know how to change the rating and I will be happy to do it

boutiqueabc Yes I wrote them an email saying that the item was never delivered to you that the reason why they have refunded you. In the future you can write directly to Poshmark with your issues and they tend to resolve them relatively quickly sometimes although may take a few days. I think they took care of the review as well since the item was never delivered to you.
