farmgirl48 I’m so sorry about the purse. I have done some research on how to get the folds out of it. You can very carefully put heat on it while it’s still stuffed. If you know of a person that works on leather they could help you to. I really didn’t realize it would do that and I thought it fit in the box when I got it ready to ship. It was in perfect shape and it’s a very pretty purse. I feel terrible and again I’m so very sorry.

lauriemcm Hi! You bought my Chloe Marcie bag in Intense Green. I contacted PM to ask why they were taking so long with authentication and was told they are extremely short staffed and things are taking much longer than usual!! I used to work at Neiman Marcus in Chicago and I bought the bag there so I know it will be authenticated but just wanted to let you know why the heck it's taking so long!! Thanks
