deb1021 @bzangel7581 I’m not sure the chain was fine when I put it in the in the mail. The chain was brand new out of the package If it hadn’t been I wouldn’t have sent it to you like that. I would’ve just sent it with another chain. So I don’t know if something happened in the mail. I don’t know if you can send me a picture somehow to show me the kinks. I’ve mailed out over close to 40 of these necklaces of different types and I’ve never had anybody complain about the chain being kinked.
