gallegos900 A partial refund is taped behind the shipping label on your package. This is the only way that we knew to give you a refund since the package was already sealed.

randall84viking @gallegos900 thank you! About said refund...you won’t have to worry about it being cashed. I put it in the front pocket of a sweatshirt....and then washed it. So it pretty much disintegrated. Anyhow, thanks for getting everything out so quickly. I love the sweatshirts. They look great.

kfletcher1983 package now says late still never left Florida. was due to be delivered today as I was charged for 2-3 day Priority Shipping so I just finished opening an Insurance Claim at usps.com. Can you please call today and find out what is going on where it is to usps?? since your the sender. It is a Birthday Gift and it's needed by Saturday or I won't need it any longer.. as it will be late birthday gift and will have to buy another gift to replace that.. Thanks!!.

kfletcher1983 I will have to return it unfortunately if it arrives after Saturday that is why I made sure I bought it with plenty of time for it to get here over this past weekend. Florida to Maryland isn't but 2 days max so not sure why it's still in Orlando Florida.. it was 2 day priority shipping on the label.. I'd call USPS later when they open to open a search on it but I am not the sender that is why I am asking if you could. Thanks!!.
