rl0257 @mkjvaldez hi! The address is correct , however we got hit by the snow storm so no deliveries have been made and they are just clearing the streets today. Please have them re-deliver and use the side door where they have plowed and cleared the steps to drop package. Sorry, we had no idea it would be this bad ❄️☃️ Thank you so much for tracking! I hope you and yours are in warmer weather!

I will do it too but when this has happened before they told me to have the buyer contact them. Let me know and I hope you all are okay!

rl0257 @alybo2323 if you look at the top of the picture from the Patagonia photo you’ll see the two “backpack” shoulder straps . Your bag had only one of them in the inside zippered compartment . Give a look and see if you can find it if you don’t mind please 🙏🏻 thank you!

alybo2323 @rl0257 hi! i'm going to reach out to patagonia and see if i can just hit an extra one but to confirm you have 1 strap? is it grey? i'm wondering if one of the other straps was accidentally in that bag for some reason i didn't think the grey big one had the back strap straps! so sorry for this! if i can get one from patagonia i can list on here for 5 and then if you like the strap i can send 10 cents private charge plus free shipping if that works! or a penny however low they'll let it be!
