grove12805 @oldtimer222 Ok, next time ..in the app, go to the item you purchase, go to problem with order. Then, it will ask you an option, you will find file a case. Then, Poshmark will contact the seller, if the buyer is right Poshmark will approve. After approval, poshmark will send you a new shipping label for return. Refund will be release to you upon reciept of returned item.

grove12805 That's why? I told you ahead of time to contact me if you have problem. Because, Buyer can give you rating whatever they want. Honestly, those items I gave are 3x amount of what you pay. I rather have return. The gift alone worth 35.00 J. Bank Polo. I hope, you gave consideration with your rating . I have sold hundreds of items and kept my rating in good standing. ☺️
