benijacks @vipsales good morning. I am a little upset. I listed a dress, not meaning to mislead anyone, as a 14. it is a fitted dress I bought one size up to 16, had it fitted to a 14,honest mistake on my part. The buyer wanted it for a wedding, said it fit but was unhappy because it said 16, not 14 and it was altered. No problem. I apologized. I’ve been waiting since July 19 to receive notification it was being sent back and nothing yet. I am fearful she will wear it and send it back. Help

vipsales @benijacks well she could have it returned because you didn’t say it was an original 16 and has been altered, altering is a big deal. You’ll just have to wait till she receives the item and wants it or not.

benijacks @vipsales she received it on July 13. Poshmark said because of labeling issue her dispute was justified, that was July 19 and sent her a label and today is 27th and no tracking activity yet and she said she needed it for a wedding. How much time does she get to wear it and send it back. It is just a little too sneaky to me. I did apologize and no worries about it. It was my first sale but it’s been a week🤔

vipsales @benijacks that’s odd , I would send poshmark another message , sometimes even after the shipping label is sent it takes a week or two for me to get an item back
