The pictures that were online before I bought the purse did not show that the hardware on the sides were large brass buckles. The bag looked super cute in the picture on the display but in person between the strap and buckles it looks really cheap.

@raneyschu Hi Raney I totally disagree about the hardware. I tried to contact you after your purchase and you NEVER contacted me. Not even after you received it. I package with great care. What you received is a NEW AV bag.

I did contact you back. I am sorry you seem really irritated. You're opinion is that it does not look cheap, my opinion is that it does. I even had individuals I work with look at the bag and they had the same opinion as mine in regards to the purse - but that is irrelevant. It's as simple as me returning the bag to you. This should not be a big issue.

Also, the packaging was amazing, but that has nothing to do with the bag looking cheap. I give it two months before the thread on the strap would start coming out. This is nothing against YOU, it's just the bag.
